  • repeat the process every day
  • if you can hold on for longer go for it
Week No.2
  • hold the body in  plank position
  • increase the duration for 30 seconds
  • if you can do it longer then you are doing an amazing job
Week No.3
  • increase the duration of the plank position by up to 60 seconds
  • hold the body from 120 to up to 150 seconds every day.
